Our nonprofit will offer home delivery of Thanksgiving dinners for the homebound on Thanksgiving Day as well as a shared Thanksgiving dinner at noon at the Christian Center on Robbins Ave.

If you live at one of the following places please sign up for a delivered meal at your residence before November 22: Epworth Arms, Columbia Arms, Providence Court, Capital Square, Berkshire Town, Francis Plaza, Rose Manor, Wahconah Heights, Central Annex and the YMCA. For other residents in Pittsfield, Lee, Lenox, Dalton and Lanesboro you may register by calling the Christian Center at 413-443- 2828.

Registration is not required for those looking to have dinner at the center at noon.

With the help of the kitchens at the Berkshire County Jail and House of Correction over 30 turkeys will be cooked and volunteers will begin gathering at 6 am at the Christian Center to begin the final work of serving the dinners.

The nonprofit agency on Robbins Avenue is searching for food donations and the necessary help to pull off its annual feast for those less fortunate this holiday season. Food and monetary donations can be dropped off at the center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays.

For those looking to volunteer, both onsite and as drivers to deliver meals, can call the Christian Center at 413-443-2828.
